- Utilities: Monthly share of all utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash): $130
- Note regarding stove / oven: There is a regular stovetop but no built-in oven for this space. Not for bakers. We do provide a countertop oven ... but it's not the same as a built in. Don't plan on cooking a turkey.
